Repair Service Programs

Depot Repair

Create a service ticket through our ASR Tech Portal and get flexible depot repair services with a 3 to 5 day turnaround. Includes diagnosis and restoration of equipment to an operational state via part replacement, adjustment and/or realignment, custom configurations, software reload, or other action as required.

  • Includes all parts and labor (does not include accessories and non-serialized consumables).
  • Overnight Replacement and Return to Depot agreements available, as well as non-contract Time & Material repair
  • Flat Rate (FR) per incident and per unit per month/quarter or year payment options
  • Reporting includes Ticket Detail (Submitted, Open, Closed), Due backs, Shipping, and Inventory
  • Custom programs available for product transitioning, new product implementation, and other special circumstances

ASR Tech will check your entire hardware shipment to make sure everything has arrived at our IT integration and staging services center and generate an itemized report. This includes placing serialized tracking tags on each item for real-time accessibility and tracking via ASR Tech’s portal.
